Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Serves 1
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
